Suspension of Pfingo Talk Service

On 30 June 2019 Pfingo Talk services were suspended. Find out what options are available to Pfingo customers

Toku assumed responsibility for Pfingo Talk's operations on 01 February 2018 after acquiring the services as part of an agreement approved by the High Court of Singapore and subsequently acknowledged by the IMDA.

On 30 June 2019, Pfingo Talk services were suspended. Prior to this date, end of service announcements were posted on the Pfingo home page and on the Pfingo Facebook page, and Toku attempted to notify all existing Pfingo customers.

Pfingo Customers Can Migrate To Toku Connect

If you are a Pfingo customer you can migrate your Pfingo service to Toku Connect and get a discount on this new service.

The Toku Connect Standard plan is available for Pfingo users at a price of US$11.25 per user, per month, and includes a 25% lifetime discount. The new plan allows free inbound calls, worldwide, as well as free outbound calls to any number in Singapore.

If you added any credit to your Pfingo account AFTER 01 February 2018, any remaining balance can be applied towards the new monthly subscription fee for Toku Connect.

Alternatively, the remaining balance of any new credit added to your Pfingo account after 01 February 2018 may be refunded to you.
