To get users set up and started with Toku Connect we send them emails with the details. Here's what to do if they get lost.
When we add new users to your Toku Connect account, they will be sent an email with detailed instructions on how to access, login, and configure their account.
Sometimes, these emails end up in SPAM folders, or they get classified as <BULK> emails.
The first step to troubleshooting here is to check all the nooks and crannies of the email account used for Toku Connect. There's a good chance that our onboarding email went overboard, and ended up in one of those folders.
