Instructions on how Pfingo customers can migrate to Toku Connect or request a refund of eligible Pfingo credits
All Pfingo customers are eligible to migrate their Pfingo accounts to Toku Connect. After the change, you'll have access to a great new set of features and a 25% discount for life, on a Toku Connect Standard account.
If you are migrating your Pfingo account to Toku Connect, you can also apply any remaining balance of Pfingo credits you purchased AFTER 01 February 2018 to the monthly subscription fees for your new Toku Connect account.
If you choose not to migrate your Pfingo account to a new Toku Connect account, you may request a refund for the remaining balance of any Pfingo credits in your account, purchased AFTER 01 February 2018. Refunds will be processed and distributed by PayPal.
You may initiate the migration of your Pfingo account to Toku Connect, or request a refund of any eligible Pfingo credits, by emailing Toku's Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to confirm eligibility for using existing Pfingo credits or to apply for a refund (via PayPal), please include the following information in your email:
- Your Pfingo User ID(s)
- Your Pfingo Number(s)
- Your PayPal ID
