Toku Connect supports the ability to play different automated messages depending on what time of day it is.
For example: If your business is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., you can have Toku Connect play a specific message (with one set of menu options) for calls received during those hours.
When your office is closed (in our example, from 5:00:01 p.m. to 7:59:59 the next business day), you can have Toku Connect play a different message with a second set of menu options (for example, "leave a message", only).
Maybe you wish to have custom messages played on weekends and public holidays? That's possible, too.
Oh, and if you want to have your own selection of background music playing when callers have to wait for transfers or while they're on hold, you can do that too.
